APHM International Healthcare Conference & Exhibition 2012 tackles issues in human capital

MALAYSIA – Hospitals are not about the  latest medical technologies; they are about people – skilled, committed individuals.  The war for skilled talent is a global phenomenon.  With Malaysia pushing its way towards ‘developed nation status’, this war has become even more acute and urgent.

In recognising the critical issues in human capital in the healthcare sector, the Association of Private Hospitals of Malaysia (APHM), is organising this annual conference and exhibition with the theme: “Re-Thinking, Re-Engaging, Retaining Human Capital, Re-Inventing Leadership”.

Over 700 top management personnel from the private and public hospitals from Malaysia and abroad are expected to attend the Conference, while over 2000 visitors are expected to visit the Exhibition.
