3 foods that prevent hair fall

If you suffer from unexplained hair loss, instead of experimenting with a host of shampoos, conditioners, hair serums and oils, try to incorporate these foods in your diet and notice the difference!

Fish: Because fish like salmon and tuna are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, which are great for the health of your hair, they are one of the best foods to have to prevent hair fall.

Green leafy vegetables: Greens like spinach are a rich source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. So add it to your meal or you can also enjoy it as a drink in the form of juice.

Carrots: This tasty root vegetable is full of beta carotene, which produces vitamin A. This vitamin helps in the production of certain oils that are nourishing for the hair. A deficiency of vitamin A can cause thinning of hair, thus much on raw carrots daily as a snack, as juice or cook them as a dish.
