Brunei health ministry bans 5 health products

The Ministry of Health has banned five health products found adulterated with undeclared Western medicine.

The products are (1) Sinus Cure Original Kapsul, (2) Best Slim Pills, (3) Linu-Rat Kapsul, (4) LiLong Tablet and (5) Bull’s Genital Capsule.

A press statement issued by the ministry yesterday warns the public against using the products which contain Dexamethasone, Chlorpheniramine, Sibutramine, Acetaminophen, Phenylbutazone and Sildenafil.

The Ministry of Health said that it has not issued any approval for the importation for the sale of the products.

Members of the public who have purchased or used these products are advised to stop using them immediately.- Asia One
