Have cottage cheese for protein intake

Unlike other varieties of cheese, cottage cheese or paneer, has the best protein to calorie ratio, giving you a large amount of much needed protein, with a lot less calories. Amino acids present in cottage cheese are responsible for the act of producing proteins. These proteins are essential to build muscle, repair tissues and structure healthy cells. Cottage cheese is also an essential source for vitamins, minerals, fats and calcium.

Tip: Have some fruits with cottage cheese. Or slice some tomatoes and top it with cottage cheese. You could add some pepper or coriander leaves to taste. You could also make use of cottage cheese as a sauce or a dip. Cottage cheese has great nutritional value, with no salt added and low-fat products. A serving of 100 grams of paneer contains 18 grams of proteins.
